Rude pathetic SERVICE, HORRIBLE way to treat a customer. The employee as well as the management they all need better training. Went in to check on the wire the lady didn’t even bother to look at her computer she didn’t even try to assist no manners no etiquettes.
No longer there. It is an office park
Just went in to open an account, 40 minutes before closing, and they wouldn't open an account. Can't believe it takes more than 20 minutes to open an account in person. It takes 5 to do online. Terrible service! Went to TD Bank down the road, great service, and they had no issues opening an account. You should learn about customer service and provide reasons for the branch to remain open.
