Went to cash a check that Santander issued and mailed it to me. The Bryn Mawr PA branch refused to cash the check.
I rarely review on Google Maps, but this time I’m leaving one as a tribute to this bank’s outstanding customer service. The people here are willing to learn! If services take you too long, please understand that some people are new and they’re still learning. However, they are responsive of your needs and are willing to listen to feedbacks. They also make amends for their mistakes in a genuine and honest way. Please send my kudos to Blair and Yetumde for being just wholesome and amazing. I hope that your branch will grow 😉
Recently visited santander bank and was helped by a wonderful employee named Muskan. She went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs and made the process quick and easy. The bank itself offers a variety of services that have met all of my needs. I especially appreciate the mobile banking app, which has made managing my finances on-the-go a breeze.
