HORRIBLE customer service! I was told I couldn't use the parking because it was for customers only. Lady wouldn't provide her name or reasoning; just parked next to me got out in her Santander shirt and started being incredibly rude. I said I wanted to talk to a manager and she was extremely, extremely rude and used language not necessary for a customer trying to visit a bank in the morning to get information.
Daniella helped me recover the cash eaten by the ATM. Corporate said 1 week, she did it in one day. Excellent service :)

Went to cash a check that Santander issued and mailed it to me. The Bryn Mawr PA branch refused to cash the check.
I rarely review on Google Maps, but this time I’m leaving one as a tribute to this bank’s outstanding customer service. The people here are willing to learn! If services take you too long, please understand that some people are new and they’re still learning. However, they are responsive of your needs and are willing to listen to feedbacks. They also make amends for their mistakes in a genuine and honest way. Please send my kudos to Blair and Yetumde for being just wholesome and amazing. I hope that your branch will grow 😉
