There is almost no branches available in manhattan, it is almost imposible to make a deposit in cash. The service in e58 st and Lexinton is slow, and unreceptive. A big mistake to have enrolles in this bank. I do not recommend it at all

I had to open an estate account (which in of itself was tough for me) and my experience couldn't have been better. From being greeted by Gordon (the bank manager), to working with Zuzu (and Brian), everything was flawless. Since opening my account in 2022, I've only had the best experience at Santander. Thank you for heartfelt sympathy.
