Recently found that Santander changed how the bill pay format works. Very disappointed. It took me two days how to get my bills paid. Did so by accident. Still cant figure it out. Also ,the system would not allow to make a payment that was due in a few days until a whole week later,while it accepted every other payment without a problem. I didnt have any problem with the old format, except for logging on. Now I m logged on and get my bill paid. Ridiculous!
