This is an awful branch! Iv been coming here since 2003. Terrible customer service! Iv had enough!
In this branch are friendly but the attention is very slow, they are not agile.
Great tellers/ customer service reps at least at the introduction anyway ....... HOWEVER why???? please tell me why they only have 3 people working on a Saturdayincludeinf the 2 tellers 🤔. That’s why I gave them 2 stars one for each tellers . I really needed to talk with someone other than the tellers and the manager was with a customer for some time and I’m thinking to go to a larger bank to provide me with the services that I need .
