The branch on Crossbay Blvd. in Howard Beach, N.Y. has the worst bank manager. Mr. Law is very rude and chauvinistic. He has made solicitation calls on our joint accounts to promote various investments but will only speak to the man of the house. The staff has been cut to the bone, the two employees remain very polite and efficient although harried and overworked. The manager also talks disrespectfully to both women.
