Garbage bank I have 3 business accounts with this bank and they treated me like peasant for my appearance and totally neglected me, I will for sure close account with them. Train your employees some manners first.
I have to say Santander has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. Linda is friendly & very thorough. The bank also always has actual people quickly respond & not an annoying automated system and doesn't leave you on hold forever like other banks.. As soon as there was questionable activity spotted on my account, they immediately contacted me and expedited a new card to me.
My ATM Card was taken by the machine. I went there the next day to get it back. The manager said he would have to order me a new one and it should take around two weeks. I said the machine still has my card and he commented that he can't help me. Very frustrating. I just took all my money out to put in another bank, but I have to make an appointment to close the account. These people are ridiculous. Don't do business with them. Very Unprofessional.
Have had terrible experinces (not only once) with the tellers. The bank manager is so helpful and the ladies with desks on entrance. But the tellers, not so good to me. I prefer Santander in Denville compared to this branch
