Stay away from this bank. I attempted to cash my check there not having an account. The banker took my license ran it through some sort of machine and said she couldn’t cash my check because the license was fake. I literally just renewed it from the DMV. I have cashed checks at Santander before and have never had this issue. She didn’t even ask me for another form of ID. The Santander on burnt tavern road brick is much better!
The bank is the worst among all banks. The Brick Town location on Burnt Tavern and Lanes Mill has a nasty manager and makes you feel like a bad customer. Little to no service. Lots of other good backs to take your business to. Nasty manager.
All of my experiences at this bank have been extremely positive. I have been using this as my primary bank branch since the Ramtown (Howell) branch closed. Employees are business like and friendly.
