I stopped in for a name change and deposit, and Aleksandra and Bob were so friendly. Everything was processed seamlessly while we were chatting. Such an easy, positive process!
The district manager is THE ONLY REASON why I bumped this one star rating to three. I am a business, and I HATE TO LEAVE Bad feedback. Would I recommend this bank to my friends? NEVER, At least not this branch. I have been a Santander Customer for fifteen years. I have a new business account. The type of mess up that happened to my account this week should never happen EVER.
