I do both my business and personal banking from this branch. And have had an excellent experience with every interaction! Will continue to recommend!
No one here has any idea what they are doing. It seems like a) its everyone's first day on the job, b) not one teller has ever been a teller before, and c) someone new works there every time I go in. I STRONGLY recommend trying another branch, or even better, another bank. Went in to change some information on a loan, blank stare, tried to pay a car payment installment, didn't get applied to the account, and so on...
