Never in my experience with bankers have I had an un-pleasant experience. The girls that work as tellers here at this location are so un-professional it’s almost ridiculous, I felt uncomfortable my whole visit. Their rude and immature, if we are talking names I’m reffering to Jessica Aponte. I got my transaction done in a timely manner which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Please learn the definition of customer service.. Will not return to this property and also calling corporate.

EXcellent customer service
Waited in line for 15 minutes even tho there was only one person in front of me, took 10 more minutes for the cashier to withdrawal money from my account ( takes less than 5 minutes at my local Santander) and when I get home and count the money from the envelope it's short $100, like are you kidding me?
