Forced my elderly motherly who could barely walk, to go into the bank to cash her check. Then I sat her in a chair because she couldn't stand up and I went to the counter and they made a big deal that she needed to come to the counter. She was very weak and in so much pain. Hate Santander.

The location has plenty of parking and a drive-through window. A long time ago; I had an account but couldn't ever get the online feature to work. The guy that worked there was nice everytime, all-the-time. Mobiles have improved tremendously since then, so I'm guessing it would be an improved experience.
