This bank is horrible ... I haven't been happy with Santander in quite some time and I have been a customer since I was about 12 years old. I am 36 now ... but especially this branch is horrible. My wife went to drop our business deposit off - she put it through the drive thru and just a few minutes later the teller came back and said a check was missing.
