Finally got thru to a human at customer service. Seems to travel out of state the bank has to be notifeid ahead of time. A block was put on my account due to all the recent fraud. At least it was straightened out and customer service was very anxious to help.
Tragic!! Have been a customer for many years. My bank card was denied wihile on travel to another state. Tried calling customer service and could not get to talk to a human being. I called my branch that only told me I had to call Customer Service which is why I called the branch in the first place.
