Got help from the staff to solve two issues I was facing. Will drop by again if needed.
Poor service, unprofessional and not able to provide any solutions to the question asked (and this was the branch manager)... not surprised that this branch always seems empty
Great service, friendly staff who got my stuff done in less than 15 minutes
Manager would not allow me to transfer money out of my account because I didn’t have my bank card. I provided 2 forms of I.D and my account number and she still refused to help my situation. I guess they pick and choose who they want to help because I went to the next closest bank and they help me with no problems at all. Yes they asked me a series of questions which I understood but at least they weren’t rude and were able to help.
