I would not recommend this bank. They are not up-to-date I am oversees and cannot access my account or my money because i cannot receive an OTP due to the fact that I moved and I don't have a USA cellular sim card i can't get sms on my phone, this happens when I get locked out not because I forgot the password but for other reasons such as the IP address changes when windows updates my system or I clear the cookies on my system. In addition I have to call and pay to get in touch with Santander because this bank cannot make i... read more
Hit or miss as far being able to make an ATM deposit. End up going to the Gold Star Blvd branch instead; ridiculous
