How terrible this branch is ? I mostly don’t go to any branches of this bank for any transections due to I primarily reside out of state , but my office and my 2nd home are in Mass, therefore I use this bank. I am a longer time client, way back 35 years ago, when Fleet bank was named. Anyways, I don’t use their bank card for any reason, so I know that I must present a driver license and a credit card and of course my acct number. I would not recommend this bank. They are not up-to-date I am oversees and cannot access my account or my money because i cannot receive an OTP due to the fact that I moved and I don't have a USA cellular sim card i can't get sms on my phone, this happens when I get locked out not because I forgot the password but for other reasons such as the IP address changes when windows updates my system or I clear the cookies on my system.
