This is the most pathetic bank my wife and I have ever dealt with. Not only is it incredibly difficult to change the last name on her account even though her mom signed for it 11 years ago when she wasn't 18, but the associate Negin literally told the customer service representative that she would move all accounts from other banks to Santander WHILE WE WERE SITTING HERE SAYING NO.
