Today I went to the north end Avenue branch , and dealt with Nancy Coelho, she first off told me that what I was requesting was not possible , which was a lie , & then continued to tell me over a dozen times ,” it’s a courtesy not a requirement”, confirming that it was possible what I needed help with but she just wasn’t interested in helping me resolve my issue’s.
