Either the tellers on this location don't know how to use "the new system" or the system doesn't work properly. Today I was waiting for about 15 minutes to be helped, when was my turn the woman that was "training" the tellers told me that she only have $20,00 bills as I was going to do a withdrawal of $2.100,00 and if I wanna large bills I had to wait until "someone" count the money( this woman wasn't very nice).
