It's an ATM with a small branch inside the lobby
There's only one person working the desk. It's a very small branch with limited amount of space. But most of the basic needs are met (new accounts. deposits, account changes, questions etc).
Went in to this location to make a deposit to pay my rent and was turned away the lady said sorry I’m busy for the next 35 minutes opening a new account... and refused to help me at all even going as far as to say sorry can’t help you I’m busy and we don’t have deposit slips... very shady and honestly the customer service was awful who’s going to switch to a bank when you won’t accept a deposit definitely terrible feeling leaving here not even able to complete my transaction.
