I went here after-hours to do a cash deposit using the ATM and getting into the building was fine, but the doors would not open for me to exit no matter the method (exit button on door frame, the handicap-accessible door button, pushing the doors after pressing those buttons, pushing the doors w/o pressing the buttons, etc). It's a good thing I didn't come here alone so I was able to give them my card and they could use it in the scanner I used to open the door to enter in the first place. 1-star because that's a fatal flaw ... read more
This bank has been consistently disappointing. I cancelled my account years ago due to the confusing policies and rude staff, and after visiting today for a simple request, nothing has changed. The employees were unhelpful and unkind, and I personally know many tellers who have left the company. It’s clear why.
We have always been extremely satisfied and grateful for the amazing Service, Knowledge and Support we have received over the years from the Santander Branch in Salem, NH. David Campbell is constantly “Leading by Example” and one can clearly see the Synergy with his wonderful staff.
