I made an appointment 3 days in advance for opening an account. I was there 5 mins early and the lady told me she is has another customer and I have to wait for 5 mins. I waited for 15 mins and asked if there was a problem with my appointment. Lady responded I have to wait 5 more minutes. What is the purpose of appointments then?
