Went to close my account because it was inactive before covid. They told me my account was closed and thanks for banking with them as I left. I continue to receive statements from them. They can’t help me over the phone so I was told I need to go in again. I already spent an hour and a half in there with 2 small children closing my account, and now they want me to do it again during a pandemic. I tried calling the 800 number but I just sit on hold and it eventually goes to an unanswered voicemail.
