terrible customer service, unwilling to help resolve a $28 mistake (on their part). not one person inside the bank helped, had to call corporate and go up 3 levels of "supervisors" until they resolved the issue. took my daughters college fund out the next day to go elsewhere, terrible bank and terrible service. will never return
