Everyone here is friendly and helpful, when I had an issue (which is a VERY rare occurrence), Chad stayed past close and helped me get everything sorted out
Friendly employees, great service. Definitely recommended. Considered other banks when I moved here, but glad I chose Santander! Also, compared to BofA and Wells Fargo which I had before I moved, much much superior.
The employees are nice
They have some nice offers: Sometimes you can sign up for a new account and you will get 150 USD. Or they had this deal where you would get 20 USD per month for free for just using your new checking + savings account. The employees are friendly. Nothing wrong with coming here and opening an account.
