Everytime I come thru the drive thru it's, an issue. Either the drive-thru is out of service, never fails.. something is always wrong the drawer doesn't open or it's just close just because, or the teller has to be going back and forth to get the money. It's ridiculous. Hire more people, have someone just for the drive thru, with a drawer so they can conduct business properly.
I went there Friday at 5 pm 7/5/19 and I asked the teller if I would transfer funds between my Santander account to Bank of America and she looked at me like if I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about . She wouldn’t help me at all . She really need customer service skills .
