Went to Tunbridge Wells Santander and got the most fantastic service from a lady called Rebecca. Her customer service was amazing.friendly helpful and over and above. Excellent definitely 5 star service.
Cash machine needs sorting out especialy when you want to put cash in happened loads of times
Went to change some account details on a saturday morning (without an appointment) and was glad to be sat down with a lovely member of staff who was able to sort out everything I needed, was very courteous and friendly and made me feel at home. I didn’t have to wait long especially since I hadn’t booked ahead in advance, and she went above and beyond to help me.
