Lady in the counter needs customer service training
Very good service and good staff and they are very friendly
Be careful when you go into this store. The cashiers are FRAUDSTERS. I went in to deposit some money into my account, I counted £550 and handed it over, the lady seemed agitated and counted the money repeatedly like 6-7 times, she said it was £560. I said OK, but I could feel she was upto no good at this point, she typed it in and made me confirm it on the keypad, and then suddenly decided to count it again. I’ve only ever used the cash machine here a lot of the time there’s a queue sometimes it’s even caused me to miss my bus but it’s not usually to bad.
