TERRIBLE! Santander is the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life - Rude, obnoxious and totally incompetent staff, appallingly dysfunctional processes and atrocious (non-existent customer service). Came in with my mum (who is a Santander account holder) on a quiet Saturday morning at 09:30am when they open in order to assist her in making a large payment however when we got to the cashier desk, the lady behind the glass was busy counting cash so told us that we'd "have to speak to the branch manager to do it". I tried to take some cash out and the money didn't come out and I was debited. I was waiting for help when Elizabeth recognised me as a regular customer and assisted me. She always use my surname and is polite as well as professional. I am delighted she has moved to this branch as all the customers will benefit from her customer service.
Zero stars, The bank's staff are unfriendly and not helpful
I had an apointment for a certain time(3:45-4:30), but when I arrived the bank was closed. A complete waste of time.
