Absolutely disgusting attitude. I do not own bank no money, or ever had any issues with it until last week. Due to post office making too many pay in attempts it has sent me over the pay in limit. I came to the bank to deposit money and also make enquiry as why I can't use cash deposits in a cash point or post office. The way I was spoken has sent me in to a complete shock. Bank Closes at 3 why every other bank is open till 5.30.
Been with Santander for 10 years with my personal business account (self employed). I have seen my club go from part time alongside other work I did, to now turning over £100,000. My accountant suggested I switch to a Limited company. Took a while to speak to someone with April closing in. Eventually spoke to Tauheed who asked many questions.
