My visit to this branch today was a very pleasant experience. I had a number of issues needing attention. I was met by the front of house adviser Kam who was very helpful and not only dealt with the issue I came in with but managed to optomised my accounts. This is a great example of the benifits of face to face interaction #keepourbrances thank you Kam!
DO NOT GO TO THIS santander branch in staines. The team is not been helpful at all.

Worst service I did receive from the staff, I opened the new account with a different bank. I can’t stand their behaviour, no wonder why more people choose to use machines more than dealing with them.
We were served yesterday by Barbara who offered us the highest level of Customer Service. She was polite, helpful and so very knowledgeable about the questions we asked. We felt like VIP's
