Lovely experience
My wife and I visited Santai Spa today using a pre-booked and confirmed gift voucher. The experience started off poorly when the receptionist asked us to pay before we even mentioned the voucher, which should have been noted from our booking confirmation. This felt unprofessional and caused unnecessary confusion. The spa itself feels like it needs significant renovation. What a great place to go to went with the misses and had a great time the team looked after us both we got there late and the rebook our back massage for a different time which they did not have to do but they did it which was really good of them we had the facial treatment and OMG it was amazing and would recommend it to anyone will defo be coming back the back massage was on a different level helped my misses out alot can't thank the guys enough will defo be booking again
