Santa Ysabel Casino
This was a nice little casino to visit for a day trip. My husband and I like to stop here on the way home from Julian or Dudley's Bakery.

Santa Ysabel Resort & Casino
Out in the middle of nowhere. Cute little casino and restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and the food was very good. This is perched at the top of a hillside that has a wonderful view. Very nice experience for a day trip. Located between Warner Springs and Julian.

I kept seeing the ads for the special Prime Rib Dinner at you casino for $4.99 and the picture looked so good. Every time I saw it I would tell my Son-in-law "We should go there someday". Or if my daughter was driving I would say the same thing to her; "We should go there some day". Finally I wore them down and last Saturday afternoon off we went in hunt of a Prime Rib Dinner at an unbelievably low price! I must say none of us really believed we were going to get a good meal for that price. We get there and of course, the Casino was already packed. We made our way to the Orchard Room and were told we had a thirty minute wait. Not a problem in a Casino. Off we went to try our luck while we waited. My daughter and I played the slots and son-in-law went off after bigger game. Needless to say, we girls didn't win (had lots of fun trying) but of course, the son-in-law did; just enough to pay for our dinners, tip and a little left over!! Finally we were called and graciously seated. The food was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection and delicious. Could not have asked for anything any better. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs but didn't bother us at all. Great service; great people; wonderful food, and enjoyment too! An added pleasure was the sunset with the sun going down between a V made by two mountains. Simply the finishing touch to a most pleasant meal at a most hospitable Casino. PS We will call for reservations next time!
