We’ve been going to them for a few years now and I’m very disappointed this year. They changed their background and it looks so cold, basic, and white. The past years have been warm santa looking. So disappointed in this. Hoping they change it back next year or we’re going somewhere else from now on.

We used this company in 2023 and 2022 for pictures. Beautiful set up. SUPER quick Santa session. A little on the pricey side for what you get. Zero customer service if you have any issues downloading pics...which we did. In 2023 I downloaded the wrong one by accident. Could have been a chrome book issue. There was no understanding or room for movement on their "policy". I want to preface this by saying I understand the photography business and how businesses operate in general, and know and appreciate the value of photography. The setup for this session was pretty, Santa and the staff were very nice, and Santa looked great. But I have to say that this place and experience felt overpriced and it seems like they try to get parents with add on fees.
