We used this company in 2023 and 2022 for pictures. Beautiful set up. SUPER quick Santa session. A little on the pricey side for what you get. Zero customer service if you have any issues downloading pics...which we did. In 2023 I downloaded the wrong one by accident. Could have been a chrome book issue. There was no understanding or room for movement on their "policy". I want to preface this by saying I understand the photography business and how businesses operate in general, and know and appreciate the value of photography. The setup for this session was pretty, Santa and the staff were very nice, and Santa looked great. But I have to say that this place and experience felt overpriced and it seems like they try to get parents with add on fees. My husband and I were shocked that after paying for a $60 package, plus $20 for “paparazzi” which is just them allowing me to video the experience... read more
