I called earlier today to make sure they'd be open when I came in to talk about getting a biz license and to answer zoning questions. The woman who answered said they were open, but didn't inform me that they're we're only open until noon on Fridays. I got there at 12:30 and they were no longer open. I took time off of work to take care of this, and it will end up costing close to $1,000 is missed time off of work b/c of the utter incompetence of the people working in this department.
