Horrible during inspection my son was sick with a cold and didn’t wake up for the fire alarm the lady called the police saying my 3 year old son was dead in the room … mind you he special needs. Port out to Sonoma county housing authority you don’t have to deal with these horrible people Sonoma county help with deposits , home buyers program also they pass inspection for the landlord but fail you for same way it came.
