I applied to SRCC, completed the application requirements and moved here in 2020. On move-in day I received the warmest welcome of any neighborhood in my lifetime. In the first year living here I have learned much about consensus decision making, living in an intentional community, being part of a caring and active community, and all it means to contribute to a self-managed property.
