This location has to be the best one I've gone to to ensure a problem is fixed. I had an enormous issue with a driving school and my sibling's records not appearing in the system. This wonderful person behind the counter actually had to call Talahassee to get this resolved, but honestly... she was the ONLY one out of 4 people we dealt with at other tax collector locations who has taken the time to fix our issue. TYSM for all you do and if I have any issues I'll just come here for assistance.
Terrible service and attitudes were filthy
After a disaster of lack of service from another county, was able to backtrack here and had paperwork completed in under 5 minutes!
The driver’s license office here is one of the best and THE MOST EFFICIENT… Very helpful people and quick service.
They always have a long line at the Milton location with not near enough people working. Drive through is always empty but they tell you that you have to go inside for just about everything so it’s pretty useless to even have. Pace location is great
