Only visited one time and found everything to my satisfaction. Also depending on who you bank with you might not have to pay a charge for ATM you can call and ask them and tell them what thank you banking with if you don't make with them and some will charge you my bank is affiliated with Santa Rosa so I don't have to pay a service fee for ATM
