While the therapists here are wonderful, reception is HORRIBLE!! Incredibly rude and downright mean. And considering this has been an ongoing issue with different people according to the reviews (one mentioned Kathy, I dealt with Vanessa) it's clearly not an individual employee issue, it's a training and office culture issue and isn't going to change. I am cancelling all my upcoming appointments and will be asking my doctor for a referral to a different location solely due tp my interactions with reception.
I left a review some time ago (its been years) and I happened to see this location available as an affiliate. I most say the front desk specifically a female was extremely rude. I called a day before to cancel an appoint where she mentioned a late fee and that I didn't call long enough in advance. I had been a patient twice before but after the last call and prior interactions with the same persons attitude I had enough. I asked her to cancel the rest of my appointments and wont be back.
