I took my college class on a field trip to a water treatment facility, and Adam, a dispatcher at Taxi Taxi gave me great customer service by phone. The three minivan drivers, Omari, Sandy, and Manuel, gave us great customer service on the road. Using a professional service rather than Gig workers made things smoother and more pleasant than this same field trip in previous years. Thank you.

Called for airport drop off last minute. Uber wouldn’t take a ride ($30) and Lyft was over charging ($80) for a 15 min drive. Flat rate to LAX $45. Driver Edward arrived in 10 min, loaded our luggage, got us to the airport fast, and unloaded our luggage. Very pleasant conversation too! Thank you! Saved their number for next airport service.
