Poor customer service, very rude to deal with, not friendly at all. There are about 10 other print shops within a 10 mile radius of this place that will do it better.
ray was incredible. so so helpful and above all, kind. we spent 3 hours in his shop tweaking and adjusting my document so it came out exactly the way i wanted. i will come back here every time i need to print.
We recently had a very complicated project, and they were attentive and timely and did a great job. And they are nice. Kudos.
