I was in a rear end collision at a yield sign. I stopped for traffic and the guy behind "thought i was going to blow through" so i got hit at 40 mph or so. I hit my face in my door frame and woke up staring at my wheel. Next day couldn't turn my head to the right. Ended up in here to see Dr Quade.
