I cannot complement the staff and facility at Santa Fe self storage enough. The property is well-maintained and very clean. But more than anything the staff is so thoughtful and considerate. They were incredibly helpful to me because I needed to move my trailer from one unit to another. I felt like they went the extra mile to help me. The Customer Service from Margaret, Brandon, and Ruben is exceptional. In essence they have actually made my life easier. Thank you so much.
More or less good, except the lady that runs the office needs an attitude adjustment.
I like it, the lady that was in the office was very helpful and friendly. You can’t actually go in the office, but she came out and had everything ready.
