Leaky roofs and terrible attitude. If you want your possessions protected from the weather avoid this place. I've now had all my possessions soaked twice because they don't maintain the roofs.
I chose SF Self Storage because they seemed to take mouse control very seriously. And it turned out to be a good experience. I enjoyed working with Margaret at the 3rd Street office.
I cannot complement the staff and facility at Santa Fe self storage enough. The property is well-maintained and very clean. But more than anything the staff is so thoughtful and considerate. They were incredibly helpful to me because I needed to move my trailer from one unit to another. I felt like they went the extra mile to help me. The Customer Service from Margaret, Brandon, and Ruben is exceptional. In essence they have actually made my life easier. Thank you so much.
More or less good, except the lady that runs the office needs an attitude adjustment.
