So fun and helpful tips, good hands on opportunity with guided instruction as much as you needed. The finished product was so good.
Chef Marydawn Wright is excellent with world renowned experience to share with us all. This was the best experience and I would to come again and again. Starts off with a relaxing environment. Then Chef is guiding you through amazing New Mexican dishes with ease and explanation. Not just what to do but why you do it. That delicious pie crust, I’m ready to make it! A delicious fun adventure!

as always a great experience at SFSC. chef was informative and very personable. food not so good after our experience with Chef Drew which was outstanding! my stuffed Poblano pepper was so hot i could not eat it. was offered more sour cream but it did not help put out the fire. Meatballs had a strange texture. Friends at the table had to send theirs back twice because they were raw in the middle. they nuked them and that helped. loved the 2 sauces served with the meatballs and the dessert was outstanding. my favorite course.... read more
Fantastic experience at multiple demonstration classes! The chefs are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and happy to share all of their tips and tricks. We came away with 6-7 different transferable recipes from each class. Highly recommend for all!
