We had a wonderful time in our cooking class. There were 6 of us, (plus many others in the class), and the head chef, Marydawn Wright, chef Noe Cano, and others who helped with drinks and other tasks. It was a great experience from start to finish, and all hands on! The 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed the class, and the food was amazing! Update 3/26: Been there many times for their demo class and never disappointed. Always learn something new and pick up ideas for meals. Very entertaining presentations too, and sampling the food at the end is great. Chef Rocky made an outstanding presentation and the food was spicy and very good. Chef Noe is always super helpful and entertaining
Chef Rocky gives a great presentation with plenty of explanations and optional methods. The food was great, and I’m confident that I can (mostly) recreate the meal at home. I’ll definitely incorporate the Santa Fe School of Cooking into my next visit.

Attending a Bonus class at Santa Fe School of Cooking has become an annual trek for my friends and I. This year's class with Chef Rocky Packard did not disappoint! My favorites on this menu were the jicama salad and the stuffed zucchini rellenos. I always look forward to learning new things in the class and finding treasures in the store!
