I relocated from Singapore to London. The sales person, Kristine, was helpful. Any add on/removal, I could get the quote easily from her. Packing was smooth. But quality wise was poor. I expected already since I saw how my husband's trumpet badly tarnished when he moved from America to Singapore, using different company. So I packed everything myself beforehand. They just have to seal them in a box. This is time-consuming, but worth it cause everything reached intact and no water damage. The unpacking in London was great.
Great experience! Super kind staff who helped with our immigration, relocation and move services. Super attentive and detail oriented. Will definitely recommend this company!

Sanelo did our move from Rome to London in 2022. They were fantastic, I’m about to use them again to move some things from Sydney to London and saw the negative reviews Hopefully our next experience will be as seamless as the previous one…fingers crossed
