My gf is really into olive oil as she is a great cook. I was blown away at the amount of options there were. The staff was super helpful and friendly and answered all of the questions we had. You can taste so many different options and I honestly was blown away by how good all of their options tasted.
I really appreciated that we could taste all the different flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I tried a handful and they were all delicious. I bought a few small bottles to bring home as gifts. If I lived in the area, or had paid for a checked bag, I definitely could've gotten more! A couple of the highlights for me were the apricot balsamic and the gremolata olive oil.

We are based in ABQ, but always make a point to stop in and pick up olive oil when we are in Santa Fe.
