I brought my bike in for a tune-up (with a Groupon coupon) and mentioned two problems that I needed fixed (for extra $ of course). Picked the bike up in a rush, got home and discovered that the tech didn't fix either problem, a sticking brake and a kink in the chain. Both issues were incredibly obvious when riding the bike. We had a great experience with Santa Fe Mountain sports... First, they are located in town and not on the mountain. The lines at the ski resort can be crazy.. We must have save at least an hour by not standing in lines.. Not only that we got personalized attention for fitting our skis and boots. They also did not charge us for the second day when we could not get to the mountain due to spring break traffic.. I am a customer for life..
I've rented skis for my two boys here for the last few years with excellent service. When my own skis were getting long in the tooth, I demo'd 5 pairs and finally bought a new pair there. Very knowledgeable and helpful folks. Highly recommended.
I bought some Soloman ski boots here in late february and got a very good price. The sale people were very knowledgeable and found me the best fitting boot I have had in a long while.
Santa Fe Mountain Sports is my favorite outdoor sports shop in town. I am an outdoor enthusiast who has lived here my entire life. Every time I have gone into Mountain Sports I have had a great experience. The staff is fun and helpful. They always tune up my bike and help me keep it within my budget.
