We had a horrible experience with Gabe at Santa Fe Modern. Communication was difficult, but we could have gotten past that. Ultimately, Gabe refused to sell us a couch for the price agreed upon, even with paper work and documentation regarding our deposit and the balance due. We ended up needing to seek legal advice to get our deposit back. I would have preferred the couch, but we were trying to resolve this transaction from out of state and dreaded litigation. Sarah is so amazing her insight with design and ability to match our needs with the finest custom furniture that can only be found at Santa fe modern. That girl has a eye for the finest. You can't get this level of quality anywhere thank you Sarah !
Jeff with Santa Fe Modern was great to work with. I ordered two tables through him. Gabe with Rippel Metal Fabrication made the tables and did a beautiful job, for a reasonable price, and finished early!
We were interested in having Gabe make a few more tables. We've tried to reach Gabe numerous times via phone, text and going into his store, Santa Fe Modern, to no avail. Never returns calls or texts. This has been going on for weeks now. Even his sales associates don't know where he is and when we said we'd try him on his cell again, one associate at Santa Fe Modern sarcastically said "Good luck."
