Today September 27 2025, on my way to monterrey, I stop like before to this Santa Fe Market in Watsonville, I ordered chile verde, a regular burrito of Lengua/tongue, a chicken quesadilla and 3 tacos of lengua/tongue, there was no one preparing the orders, the Lady who took the order did not know how to prepare the order, a latino male was helping and took a long time to prepare the order, by my surprize, the chile verde the pork Meat was Hard like it was rosted it was not soft like was supposed to be, the flavor was no good... read more
